Piškotki so majhne besedilne datoteke, ki jih večina spletišč shranjuje v naprave, ki omogočajo uporabnikom dostop do interneta, namenjeni pa so identifikaciji teh naprav. Nad shranjevanjem piškotkov ima popoln nadzor brskalnik, ki ga ima uporabnik, saj lahko omeji ali onemogoči shranjevanje piškotkov.
1. skupina: ti piškotki so potrebni za pravilno delovanje spletišča. Namestijo se, ko se prijavite v portal za stranke ali se klikom na povezavo povežete s katerim koli spletiščem, ki se odpre. Po splošni uredbi o varstvu podatkov za te piškotke ne potrebujemo vaše privolitve;
2. skupina: ti piškotki se uporabljajo za analizo obiskov našega spletišča. Podatki se zajemajo anonimno. Ta skupina piškotkov se samodejno prenese, po splošni uredbi o varstvu podatkov pa zanje ne potrebujemo vaše privolitve;
3. skupina: ti piškotki so za trženjske namene, uporabljajo pa se za spremljanje uporabnikov, ko obiskujejo različna spletišča. Zasnovani so za prikaz primernih in vključevalnih oglasov posameznemu uporabniku ter za preprečevanje oglasov, ki jih je uporabnik že videl. Ti podatki se zbirajo v neosebni obliki.
So ključni za zagotavljanje uporabniku prijaznih spletnih storitev. S piškotki je interakcija med spletnim uporabnikom in spletiščem hitrejša in preprostejša. Z njimi si spletišče zapomni želje in izkušnje uporabnika, kar prihrani čas ter omogoča učinkovitejše in prijaznejše brskanje po spletiščih.

Uporabo piškotkov, ki niso nujno potrebni za delovanje spletišča lahko zavrnete v nastavitvah
piškotkov, ki so na voljo v vašem brskalniku. Če zavrnete uporabo nekaterih ali vseh
piškotkov, ki niso nujno potrebni za delovanje spletišča, se lahko učinkovitost
delovanja spletišča zmanjša, lahko pa pride tudi do izbrisa vaših izbranih
nastavitev in želja.
Namesto tega lahko uporabo
