If you fill in the contact form, we process your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message. We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry; the legal basis is our legitimate interest and the preparation of a contractual relationship.

The message is transmitted through the Web3Forms service (Web3Forms LLC), which forwards it to our address info@dot-com.si and retains it only until delivery. We do not use the data for direct marketing and do not pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.

We keep messages for a maximum of two years from the last contact, after which they are deleted.

This website uses no cookies for analytics, profiling or marketing. That is also why we show no cookie consent banner.

Your language choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, key dotcom-lang). This is a strictly necessary setting: it stays on your device, is never sent to us and is not used to identify you. You can delete it at any time along with your browsing data.

Fonts and all assets are served from our own server — the site sends no requests to third-party providers and therefore does not disclose your IP address to them. The one exception is submitting the contact form, which goes to the Web3Forms service.

At any time you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to the processing. Send your request to info@dot-com.si; we reply within one month.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (gp.ip@ip-rs.si).

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to received messages is limited to the employees who need to answer the enquiry.
